Andrew T. Bennett is a licensed attorney and certified mediator with over 17 years of business management experience. He has often been a sage voice of reason and a problem-solver in business disputes. Andrew’s passion for resolving contentious issues between parties has led him to the practice of family law.


He is a graduate of Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University in Macon, Georgia, where he served as the Student Bar Association’s 3L Concerns Chair, President of the Mercer Law Federalist Society, Treasurer for the Mercer Law Second Amendment Society, and was also a member of the Phi Delta Phi Legal Honor Society. Additionally, Andrew served on a variety Faculty and Student committees within the University as well. While pursuing his legal education, Andrew was employed as a Legal Intern for the Republican National Lawyer’s Association in Washington D.C. focusing on election law, within the city government of Bibb County, and in a real estate firm based out of McDonough, Georgia, with John Camp Law LLC as a law clerk and an associate attorney prior to joining Bennett Law & Mediation Services LLC. Andrew’s primary practice areas are Family Law, Military Family Law, Military Divorce, Federal Civil Service Divorce, and general business litigation.


Prior to attending Walter F. George School of Law, he received his B.S. in Computer Science and Technology Management from the University of Findlay, Ohio. His experience in the realm of information technology adds in a significant way to the wealth of business and legal knowledge he has accumulated over the course of his careers. Andrew and his wife, Brittany E. Bennett, reside in Warner Robins, Georgia, and are parishioners of Saint Joseph’s Catholic Church. In their spare time, they enjoy attending church, traveling, and spending time with family.

Managed two office support staff and 2,400 employees, oversaw legal compliance and daily office activities. Directly responsible for the profitable operation of fifty-five units with an average annual unit volume of $1.45mm and a total asset responsibility of $110mm.
