Brittany E. Bennett

Brittany E. Bennett is the founder of Bennett Law and Mediation Services LLC. Her passion for the law and entrepreneurial spirit has led her to opening her own firm focusing on representing business owners in a variety of areas including, premises liability, administrative law hearings, employment matters, franchise law, contract disputes, and ADA compliance.

Ms. Bennett comes from a long line of business owners and has a deep understanding and a passion to serve those who own and operate their own business. In addition to this understanding, Ms. Bennett has over 10 years of personal experience in business management and development. It is through this experience that she has come to appreciate the unique challenges and potential legal pitfalls business owners face on a daily basis.

Ms. Bennett puts her clients’ interests before her own and often offers a fresh perspective on legal issues in a persistently evolving business industry. Although Ms. Bennett is a strong advocate in the courtroom, she also explores other solutions to legal issues that often result in cost savings to her clients.

Ms. Bennett graduated from the Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University in 2016, where she participated as a student leader and President of Mercer Law Republicans. While enrolled at Mercer Law, Brittany was an active member of the Association of Women Law Students, the Federalist Society, and the Phi Delta Phi Legal Honor Society. While attending law school she served as Chair of the Student Bar Association Mercer Relations Subcommittee as well as Secretary of Joshua’s Wish Foundation whose mission is to offer support to families of children in Georgia who have cancer and are undergoing treatment, and to raise awareness of childhood cancer. Additionally, while pursuing her legal education, Ms. Bennett participated as a Legal Extern for the Georgia House of Representatives where she conducted legal research for Majority Leader Jon Burns. Ms. Bennett also participated as a Legal Extern at the Attorney General’s Office of Georgia where she worked on complex criminal issues including RICO cases.

Prior to attending Walter F. George School of Law, she received her B.A. in Journalism with a Minor in Political Science from Georgia State University. She was a member of Pi Sigma Alpha, the National Political Science Honor Society and staff writer for the student newspaper, The Signal.
